    Cannot find windows installer on Forge website.

    To download the mod I want (cocricot) the website states that I need to download the "windows installer" for Forge. A few months ago, the windows installer was there. However, I recently spilled ice tea on my laptop and had to get it fixed. I lost the mod and everything, so I tried to re-download forge to get the mod again. However, there is no longer any windows installer there. I have heard people mention java, but i have no idea which version. I am generally confused on what to do, so I came here to make a forum. Here is the photo of what it was supposed to look like and what it looks like for me. Please help, thank you.
