    Im new to using mods especially for Forge and i was wondering what the version of minecraft that forge is supporting to be used. Also do i need a certain thing to install launchers for mods to work on forge?

    I have Forge 1.12.2 i had ran on minecraft to use a mod (Lucky Block) on a Aternos server for me and my friend earlier. I had done everything needed for the server and tried joining it, it gave me a error but for my friend it didnt they ran the same version Forge 1.12.2 and i just got a error: server mod rejections: Lucky Block: requires version 7.6.0 but mod is not found on client i tried. I tried re installing forge in multiple ways. And ive had this issue for atleast 2 hours. I still can find a way to solve this. (Also is my first time using mods for minecraft.)
