    Problem installing Forge

    i have a problem installing forge, i use a minecraft pirate launcher, tlauncher, and i want to update the forge version because i cannot use a mod because of the integrated version of forge used in that launcher, so i download the latest version of forge and when I open it, its open the cmd console or microsoft powershell for like 0.5 seconds and it closes, and never happens, it should open the installer but nothing, i dont know what to do, i tried another forge versions and get the same results, also i have the latest java version and i dont have an antivirus. Do you know what to do or what is the problem? Sorry for my English but Im not an english native speaker
