    Forge 1.15.2 crash at start

    Hi Forge version 31.2.0 was working fine before until i got a blue screen while working on other stuff and mc running in the background now the 31.2.0 is crashing at launch and i tried to install the newer version 31.2.21 but its still the same problem please note: 1-forge 14.23.42738 on 1.12.2 is working fine 2- minecraft 1.15.2 is working fine 3- no modes installed on forge 1.15.2 please advise regarding this issue debug.log https://paste.gg/p/anonymous/b64cb309a146456288f59081756e69fb
