    Forge won't install certain libraries

    I factory reset my computer because of a problem, and I reinstalled minecraft but I can't get forge to install. It keeps giving me the same error message. I kept trying to find a solution but i'm starting to give up after 2 days. I watched a bunch of youtube tutorials and some forums but they don't work. Can someone please help before I lose my mind?
