Using Forge 689, even thought it says to use the latest (which do not work).

Whenever I load a world or log into a server, it looks like this: http://youtu.be/Cwjuq7q8Q1o If the video isnt uploaded by the time someone see's this, basically whats happening is when I load a world or log into a server, the blocks flicker, and often look like flashing triangles. Oh and yes I know there are conflicting id's and biome ids etc... What modder would that be?

Nevermind fixed it by loading the world in mcedit deleting some random chunk (this was to save space the save was taking up 1gb) loaded that on my client saved it then replaced the server map with the newly saved client
