    Can't Download Forge 1.14 etc

    Every time I try to download the Installer File I get to the point where I confirm that I want to open it (even though it's from an unidentified developer) but when I do finally open it, a message pops up saying that it can't download and I need to check my console for errors. This is all occurring on a MacBook Pro which has been able to download other versions of Forge in the past. *I've attached pictures of the failed process
