but dosn't it seem like the mod loader is the problem im in the beta so could that be the case

Every time i turn on shaders (in optifine 1.16.1 in forge 1.16.1) when i have other mods enabled it makes every item invisible in the inventory and when you place but when you hold it i becomes a wired glitchy mess. The shaders work properly by themselves and so do the mods but as soon as there turned on at the same time it will happen. Thanks for the help.
