    Ok thanks! I think its because i have a jar file extractor so i think that makes it so that it extracts the file instead of running it. I'll try it and see if it works.

    How to install?

    I have no idea how to install it because all the downloads are .jar files and not .exe files, on some 3rd party websites, there were links for a forge installers that were exe files. However, all those were old versions. I know this is a stupid question since everyone else got it installed, but please help. thx in advance.
