    So does this mean I have to change the mods in my mods folder every time I switch between Forge 1.14 and 1.16 for example?

    Hello. I recently downloaded Forge 32.0.59 for Minecraft 1.16.1, and installed it. In my mods folder, I created a new folder called 1.16.1 to put my mods in, just like I did for 1.8.9 and 1.7.10. However when I loaded Forge up, the mod didn't work. I then moved the mod out of that folder and into just the mods folder. I restarted Minecraft, and the mod worked. Do the version folders not work anymore?
