Thanks for the help!

So whenever I try installing any version of forge, I save it to my desktop then try opening it. All tutorials I watch have an option to "run client" or something similar. Whenever I click on it, it only says I am able to extract (photo is attached). I'm not too good with technology or anything so I don't really know what to do.
