    forge-1.15.2-31.2.31-installer not opening

    I followed the steps to download the forge installer and I have the installer on my desktop. i already installed all the x64 java first then I tried the others as well ( refer to pic 2 ) . I restarted my computer too and I still can't open the forge installer app. When I double click the file it tells me to choose which program do i have to use to open it (refer to pic 1 ) . i chose to go to the java program in the files and click open and the forge installer still doesn't open (refer to pic 4) . Seriously need some help here. thanks for any input! java -jar [FILE NAME].jar is what i put in for the command prompt (refer to pic 3)
