Yes, I tried to install Forge to a new empty folder and it crashed as the same way. It's "user".

When I tried to install 1.16.1 - 32.0.68 Forge, it always showed me "Failed to run processor: java.io.FileNotFoundException:C:\User\(myusername)\Desktop\1.16.1 Forge\libraries\de\oceanlabs\mcp\mcp_config\1.16.1-20200625.160719-mapping.txt (Access is denied) See log for more details." Therefore I tried 1.16.1 - 32.0.67/ 1.15.2 - 31.2.0/ 1.13.2 - 25.0.219, and all gave me the same results. Are there any solutions to fix it please? forge-1.16.1-32.0.67-installer.jar.log
