    Accidentally Switched Properties, Need Help

    While trying to download forge 1.12. 2, I accidentally switch the properties before opening it. I changed it to explorer and it wont go back. Because I switched the properties I can not download the forge I need. How do I fix it so I can download forge. I have tried to delete the forge off my computer by deleting it out of my recycle bin. And I re downloaded it, but it didn't work.
