Alright iu updated everything to 1.12.2 every mod im using including forge, yet the same thing is happening. I dont get the option to add a folder for my mods. How would i be able to find that? sorry im not very good at this

So, i have everything i need installed, i have forge and i have my two choice mods. I did everything that was said in the tutorial, but when i open up minecraft i see the mod option, i go to it and it shows all the basic mods like the coder ones. But I don't see an option to add mod folder. Is this a version issue or something, because I've tried many times and not found any help. Thanks!
