    Server Help Needed (nothing happens when forge file is clicked)

    So basically I created a 1.16 forge server for me and my friends to play on but most mods have support for 1.12 so I decided to make a new one. When I tried to click on the forge server jar file (not the minecraft server one), nothing happens. But, when I click on the minecraft server one, no mod folder is created and I'm assuming it just creates a vanilla server. Any help would be nice. There are no logs as nothing has been created yet and all I have done is installed the server from the installer. I attached what my folder looks like currently. If this is a dumb and stupid fix I'm so sorry, I'm new to the whole server thing. Thanks
