So I can't necessarily just delete it without it regenerating back then? Since I do have to delete the mods in the folder for forge to launch and work.

Okay I have both removed resource packs and that file and yes that fixed it! I loaded up the mods and then it crashed again. So I went into the folder again and removed the mods and deleted file and it works. That file keeps reappearing though. Forge works now but that file does keep reappearing which I'm not certain why. Also thank you very much for helping me out!

Well that helped a bit with the startup actually going through before crashing again. It did give a crash report this time. crash-2020-08-06_15.04.11-client.txt

How do you get the full debug.log file?
