    New untitled text file option missing from eclipse?

    Hey whats up guys so i just updated to 1.16.1, almost kinda wishing i didn't. Unlike other updates this ones been kind of a headache. First eclipse told me it couldn't find the main class. I changed my workspace hoping it would fix the problem. Finally got it to work but I had to basically start over from scratch by transferring my src file over. Anyway when I transferred oer my JSONs i noticed i couldnt open them straight into eclipse. so i figured id manually copy everything over. thats when i realized when i right click my package and go to new it no longer gives me the option to create new untitled text file. Its weird ill attach some pics. First pic shows the missing option, second shows the error, and third i noticed the package system is doing some weird stuff too. please help:[
