    I cant download forge below 1.15.2

    i have had no problems downloading forge for 1.15.2 and 1.16.1, but when i first was getting in to modding (around a few months ago) i downloaded a 1.12.2 mod and forge for 1.12.2 but whenever i tried opening minecraft, it crashed. And today i downloaded the astral and spiral lucky blocks mods which are both 1.8.9 mods. so i downloaded the latest 1.8.9 forge installer and opened it, nothing happened. then i downloaded the recommended one, nothing happened still. then i tried the latest windows installer (since im on windows anyway) and guess what? nothing happened. so then i went to my last resort. the recommended windows installer. and guess what? same thing happened. nothing. can you please fix this so i can just open lucky blocks? or is there anyway to make forge for 1.8.9 work/
