how am i supposed to find the debug.log? is the crash report thing or not?

so, i used to be able to play with mods but now i cant and i dont really know why and i dont know since when. Forge version:1.16.1-forge-32.0.107 and a couple of mods on 1.16.1 it says word for word: The game crashed whilst redering overlay Error: com.electrocwill.nightconfig.io.ParsingException: Not enough data available Error: com.electronwill.nightconfig.core.io.ParsingException: Not enough data available i really dont know what do hope you can help with me with that problem thank you
