2 out of 10 mods work on my forge server

forge i went on creative mode and when i click on 2 of the mods it shows no items -
I made a forge server and logged in with the mods in my mods folder and the servers mod folder and only 2 of the mods worked on the server I went into a singleplayer world and all of the mods worked
