i wanted to install forge 1.12.2 so i tried i downloaded the official installer and the red error "these libraries failed to download" and i know this a common problem and the answer almost always is the internet but i posted this topic, and can download files at 180 mbps so i dont know why the libraries are failing to download but something that may be helpful is i keep getting a lot of ssl conection problems. P.S i do not have any proxy settings
