    I have been trying to install forge 1.16.3 on my computer and all the other versions to see if they will work with my java which it keeps saying java Installation is not complete even though i have had it downloaded for the past 2 day, and java has said that java has been installed completely. can someone please help.

    i have been trying to get forge operational for several hours as i keep getting an error message showing up that states "Java Installation Not Completed" even though it said that it has been installed completely for the past several hours
