OBS works normally for me if I just try to record Minecraft but if I try a forge version it doesn't show it in any way I try, I tried to set it to any full screen application or specifically to the version that is open at that moment but they just won't work when I'm on a forge version of Minecraft.

what does that mean? I'm stupid like, I downloaded Forge from here http://files.minecraftforge.net/

well OBS just doesn't want to show it at all and when I set the screen recording to be specifically on the Minecraft Forge window and ShadowPlay just says it needs a supported game to record or something even though it's Minecraft which is a supported game, and it works on normal minecrat but if I try to use a Forge version it just won't work

I've tried recording MInecraft Forge with 2 different recording software (OBS & ShadowPlay) both of which did not work and I've been trying to figure this out for a while with the help of other people who use it and record forge with them but they could find nothing wrong. Is there any way for me to fix that?
