Upon launching forge with no mods it froze after loading for a like a second, Forge has 2 gigs of ram allocated. I've tried 2 different versions of 1.16.3 forge and neither worked. I installed using the installer not Universal Logs: https://pastebin.com/raw/xmpwPm1e
