    Global Loot Modifier

    Hey guys! I'm a new modder and I'm just modding for the fun of it. I'm working in 1.16.1, and I have a couple things already down. The one problem I can't see to find any help in is Global Loot Modifiers. I tried learning how to do it myself, couldn't figure it out. I tried to get help on Discord servers, couldn't get help. This is my last resort. I have no idea how to make a Global Loot Modifier. I heard it's kind of like making a tag and I know how to make tags. I just need somebody to walk me through it if they can.
