    Custom effects on tools

    Hello, does anyone know how to add a custom effect on tools (for example a pickaxe that has an effect of smelting, when iron ore is mined we get iron ingot but only when that custom pickaxe is used)? I've been looking everywhere for this but found nothing, if anyone knows please help.
