    Vanilla Minecraft Server works, but Forge Modded Does Not

    Hey so I set up my Minecraft Server to start a Modded Survival World with a few friends across the U.S. I set up a Vanilla Server and it worked easily so I don't think its a firewall. But, whenever I try to do it with forge, it doesn't work. All of my friends are using the same version of Forge as me and it still doesn't work. I can easily join with "localhost" but other than that nothing else is working. This is the third time I've tried to do. If anyone can respond to this to help me please do.
