How? I can only find their texture path in there

Alright so I got it to read now with Rotations. But how can I make the block rotate in the "blockstates.json" ?

Hello, I just wanted to ask how I can rotate any kind of block (in my case it would be a self created presentblock) in more tiny steps like for example rotate it by +45 degrees. Thanks to everyone helping me!
