    Whenever I try to install forge(i should be able to open it and have it open), a little loading sign appears by my mouse then goes away the error i found is this: java -jar forge-1.16.3-34.1.0-launcher.jar FATAL ERROR, You need to run the installer. The libraries required to launch a server are missing i've tried researching, but nothing i do works. i am using 1.16.4. i have tried renaming the forge file to custom.jar, but it does nothing. please help xD
