Nevermind. Apparently, my computer thought it uninstalled Java when it didn't? Reinstalling Java helped. I have no idea what went wrong.

So, for whatever reason my PC forgot how to open Jar files? It gives me the window I pasted in when I try to open the Forge installer. Can someone please help me figure out what broke, and how to fix it? I haven't touched any settings or anything for a while. I really don't know what to do. This is for Forge 1.16.4, the latest recommended version.
