    "unexpected custom data from client" error when connecting to server

    Hello, my friend has run into the error mentioned in the title, 'unexpected custom data from client', while trying to connect to my 1.16.4 server. She has the same forge version, same mod versions, and everyone else who plays, myself included, is able to connect just fine. Here is the link to the log; player Lyranex is the one who is unable to connect. I've been searching for a way to resolve this for some time, including having her restart her laptop, reinstall forge and the mods, uninstall and reinstall Minecraft, as well as tried to search for an answer online, but this has me totally stumped. Any help is appreciated, thank you :)
