    Lagging in Forge

    I have been using Forge with a lot of mods for a while, and I had a lot of lag and lag spikes, especially when joining crowded lobbies, and when playing dungeons in hypixel skyblock. I have recently switched to Badlion Client, and the lag completely disappeared - I can walk smoothly on lobbies with as many as 80 players(!). However, Badlion client doesn't have all the mods I like to use on Forge. Is there any way to enjoy all the mods I want, whilst not lagging tremendously? *I'm using the latest version of forge with minecraft version 1.8.9. Below is the full list of all the mods I use.
