    Need Help With Modding 1.8.9

    Hello I'm pretty new to coding and recently wanted to make a mod because I saw that nobody has made it before. I'm trying to stop the world from bobbing whenever you walk. I would still like the hand to bob. I've followed a tutorial and have the mod setup. Problem is, I have no idea how to actually change values in Vanilla Minecraft. If someone could tell me how I go about trying to edit the regular Minecraft values. Here are screenshots with my code:
