Today I already started a topic because when I was opening forge-1.12.2-35.1.0 it wasn't creating the "mods" folder, someone closed the topic and said I needed to be on later versions of Minecraft. I switched my server to 1.16.4 but the same thing is happening, I open the forge-1.16.4-35.1.0 file but it isn't creating a "mods" folder, it just does nothing... Is it REALLY because of the version of Minecraft I'm on or it could be something else? Please answer me the fastest possible, I have a video to upload on YouTube today. Thanx in advance. Aqua

I just wanted to start a modded server with forge but I'm stuck because the forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2854 file isn't creating a "Mods" folder for my server... What should I do?
