    So it seems the issue lies in this mod https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/time-speed-mod Thought I'd just add it in incase someone else has the same issue at some point.

    Yeah it's up to date and it worked a few days ago and I haven't touched it after, no new updates for it either. I'm guessing one of the other updated mods are messing with it but idk how to find out.. I reported it to the author, hopefully I can get it fixed soon
