    Low FPS with new Forge server (no mods yet)

    Hi! I just reinstalled my Minecraft server from PaperMC to Forge, but it's already having problems without any mods installed, which is very strange. I didn't have any problem to run the game at 60fps+ (with Optifine and a shader) with the PaperMC server, but now it struggles to get to a stable 30fps. It can hit 40 if I go away from our village where there are less entities, but that's it. Reducing the number of chunks doesn't seem to change much. I really didn't do anything except switching the server to Forge. Any idea where the problem could be coming from? Thank you for your help
