    Forge not able to install.

    Hi So since today I can't run forge anymore and when i try to start it it only says preparing and nothing happens. It has nothing to do with the Mods I'm using since Forge didnt function either after removing all mods out of the mods folder in .minecraft and not even after fully reinstalling Minecraft (i.e. deleting .minecraft folder and setting it up again). When trying to install Forge, it says I am missing libraries "org.scala-lang:scala-compiler:2.11.1" and "org.scala-lang:scala-reflect:2.11.1". I also tried deactivating the Fire Wall. The next option would be for me to reset my PC but I am open for any tips as I'm not that interested in reinstalling 800 GBs of games. Thx for anyone's help
