    i wasnt downloading the universal file to play the modpack, i was downloading it so i can make and publish it to the public so others can play it

    Originally, I was trying to run a univiversal.jar file for 1.12.2 so i can start my first modpack for Minecraft, but it never loaded up. after weeks of putting it off, i tried again with still no luck. i then tried to download and run the 1.16.4 universal file, but to no avail. i have no clue whats going on, if its just a glitch in my system, or if universal files arent supported anymore
