  1. HOW MANY TIMES? "Asking about versions other than Latest and LTS is against the rules and will get your thread locked."
  2. It's latest.log. Will try without either optifine or better weather. EDIT: Didn't crash. Really rather annoyed. I should be able to use the mods I want....
  3. I tried to install optifine for 1.16.5, but it refused to run. Said something about needing version 1.16.4 or higher. And it still happens, even without it.
  4. Pardon me, I'm new here.
  5. I didn't have Better Weather when this problem started. I've got a whole pile of crash reports if you need them, this one's just the oldest: EDIT: oops, that one's seemingly unrelated. This is the oldest that seems to pertain to this: crash-2021-01-17_18.27.51-client.txt
  6. Didn't seem to help. crash-2021-01-22_02.33.14-client.txt
  7. Tried to edit my resource packs in forge 1.16.5 (36.0.1). Hit done, and it seems to be loading the changes, briefly displays the resource pack menu, goes back to the loading screen, and then crashes. Re-launched, and all resource packs were deactivated. Can get them back on by opening without forge, putting them back, quitting the game, re-opening the launcher and opening with forge. crash-2021-01-22_01.55.11-client.txt
