  2. Can you please make a post when you solved the problem? I have the exact same problem with my PC too. I could run shaders before and now I can´t and i did not change anything. I am also playing on version 1.16.4. When I load another texture pack or shader the game crashes in 9 out of 10 cases. It also crashes sometimes when I change certain graphic options (i think it was lightning textures). It´s alsways the same crash report, exactly like the one you posted. I already tried updating and (clean) reinstalling the graphic drivers, reinstalling / updating Java. I also deleted Msi Afterbourner and I dont have RivaTuner installed. I also ran Minecraft and Java as an administrator and nothing worked. I just dont understand why I have this problem now but it worked perfectly before... I have read in another forum that I should try to "Run Java with -Dsun.java2d.d3d=false JVM option or set J2D_D3D=false environment variable" but I dont know how to add this argument to java because Im not familiar with Java at all. It would be nice If someone could help me or if you could give an update if/when you have found a solution. Thanks!
