  1. I have Java 8 installed, I've looked for a way to have minecraft use a specific version of Java but have not been able to find it. Also using the latest version of Forge.

  3. I just bought Minecraft Java edition, installed it and wanted to download some mods. Installed forge and when attempting to launch the profile it starts, then displays an error message upon crash indicating an error code 0. I've checked the debug logs and found this: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: jdk.nashorn.api.scripting.NashornScriptEngineFactory Had a look around and can't seem to get this working, anyone know what I need to do to get this working? Kind Regards, Cheese
