    Can't get my mods to work

    I'm trying to play RLcraft. I originally played it on curseforge but it bugged out and wouldn't load up the game anymore, so I deleted it and decided to go with Forge. I already have java installed and I installed the Forge Version 1.12.2 that supports the mod, loaded it up to fully install and closed it out. I added a new installation which is 1.12.2 and added RLcraft to the mod folder which then clicked play on the Forge 1.12.2 but I couldn't find the mod in the mod listing. I need help lol
