  1. Yep, that was the issue. Avast was in silent mode, and thus didn't show the pop-up message saying it blocked the installer. I don't really know why Avast considered the "serv" folder a "protected folder", because I just really created a new empty folder. (And on the topic of running multiple AV softwares, Windows Defender delegates the job to any other AV it detects, so I think I'm fine. Besides I don't think it's possible to entirely disable Windows Defender as it is part of Windows 10) But this is off-topic on this forum 😁 Anyways, thank you for the help
  2. Yes, I have Avast running in the background (And I think Windows Defender is also running), but this was never an issue until now
  3. Hello, I get the following error while trying to install a Forge 1.16.4-35.1.32 server in a local folder on my desktop. Also tried to install 1.16.4-35.1.13 to see if it was version specific, but got the same error. A few precisions: Folder (named "serv") was empty before install. "Accès refusé" is french for "Access denied" (in the above quote) Client version installs just fine from the same installer I can't use a newer version because of optifine. Thank you in advance for the help forge-1.16.4-35.1.32-installer.jar.log
