    Won't Open

    So I've literally have been trying to install mods for at least 10 years, I just can't ever seem to get it. I'm following a tutorial that tells me to download Forge, I get as far as pressing the "skip" button to download, which it does as a file, but when I click to open the file it just creates a copy of it and I can never actually open it.
