    Unable to launch forge server for 1.12.2

    I'm trying to use a bat file so I can allocate more RAM, but first it says that it can't allocate the amount of RAM needed, I solved this by running the bat file as admin. Now it says Error: Unable to access jarfile Forgeserver.jar (Yes I renamed the jar). I have tried to run it from a cmd command line and same issue. Any help would be very good. I am also using java 8 as forge 1.13 and below only supports it.
