    I can't run forge

    Every version of Forge after 1.12 my PC won't run, I keep getting the message that "this app cant run on your PC" and that I should check with the software publisher to find a version for my PC, and even though I have checked online to solve this problem I just cant seem to find a solution that works? My PC just won't run .jar files. Does anyone have a solution?
