    Can Forge Make Plugins?

    Hello everyone, I would like to know if I can make Plugins, server side with forge, I´m trying to make a type of "mod" that can be used only in server side functioning like a plugin for example, buti don´t know if that´s possible, I´m new to this so I´m having a hard time trying to learn how todo it, also could someone tell me ways to learn how to code in forge?
