I can't access the files website, and when i got an installer from a friend it worked and made an installation, but when i try running the game in the installation it gives me this error: Failed to download file. Name: jline-2.13.jar URL: http://files.minecraftforge.net/maven/jline/jline/2.13/jline-2.13.jar Error details: Operation too slow. Less than 30 bytes/sec transferred the last 60 seconds Filename on disk: jline-2.13.jar Path: C:\Users\(MY NAME)\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\libraries\jline\jline\2.13\jline-2.13.jar Exists: Nonexistent The operation too slow thing is not caused by bad internet as it downloads half way or so quickly then stops for a minute
