    Unable to install Java error(?)

    Whenever I try to open the forge installer .jar file using Java Platform SE Binary, I am getting an error saying "Unable to install Java, There are errors in the following switchs: "C:\Users\Truep\Downloads\forge-1.16.5-36.1.0-installer.jar";. Check that the commands are valid and try again. I can't seem to figure out what I am doing wrong. I have tried uninstalling Java and the forge file and then reinstalling but it's still not working
